Little Athletes, Big FUN!
Our Intro to Sports program is the perfect way for young children (ages 3-5) to explore different sports in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Designed to teach the fundamentals of various sports, this program focuses on developing motor skills, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.
Each 8-week session introduces a new sport each week, allowing kids to build confidence and coordination through age-appropriate drills and games. Sessions are held on Tuesdays, from 5:00pm-6:00pm, keeping activities short and engaging for young athletes.
Whether they’re picking up a bat for the first time, learning to dribble, or kicking their first goal, Intro to Sports provides a great foundation for future athletic development!
8 Week Session
Week 1 - Week 2
Volleyball

We kick things off with super fun, beginner-friendly volleyball basics like bumping, tossing, and tracking the ball. Kids get to work on coordination and teamwork while playing silly, high-energy games that make the sport feel exciting instead of intimidating.
Week 3 - Week 4
Basketball

These two weeks are all about dribbling, shooting, and moving with confidence. We use mini-hoops and playful drills to help little hoopers build balance, coordination, and that “watch me score!” swagger.
Week 5 - Week 6
Football

This is a totally non-contact intro where kids learn how to catch, throw, and run routes in a fun, easygoing way. Expect big smiles, dramatic touchdown celebrations, and lots of movement to keep their energy flowing.
Week 7 - Week 8
Volleyball

We wrap up with fast-paced soccer basics like dribbling, passing, and scoring on kid-friendly goals. The focus is on staying active, building footwork, and letting them chase the ball like their life depends on it.
