Intro to Sports
Our Intro to Sports program is the perfect way for young children (ages 3-5) to explore different sports in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Designed to teach the fundamentals of various sports, this program focuses on developing motor skills, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.
Each 5-week session introduces a new sport each week, allowing kids to build confidence and coordination through age-appropriate drills and games. Sessions are held on Thursdays from 4:30 – 5:15 PM, keeping activities short and engaging for young athletes.
Whether they’re picking up a bat for the first time, learning to dribble, or kicking their first goal, Intro to Sports provides a great foundation for future athletic development!
