Little Athletes,
BIG Fun!

*Perfect for ages 3-5*

Little Athletes, BIG FUN!

Our Intro to Sports program is the perfect way for young children (ages 3–5) to explore a variety of sports in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Designed to introduce the basics of all different kinds of sports, this program focuses on developing motor skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love for staying active!

Each 8-week session introduces one sport at a time, giving kids the chance to build confidence and coordination through age-appropriate drills, games, and plenty of movement. From swinging a bat and running the bases, to bumping a volleyball, dribbling a soccer ball, and kicking their way around the field - every two week brings something new, keeping them engaged in the activity.

Sessions are held on Tuesdays from 5:00–6:00 PM, with activities designed to keep young athletes engaged, moving, and having fun from start to finish. Whether they’re trying a sport for the first time or just love to move, Intro to Sports provides a strong foundation for future athletic development in a pressure-free, high-fun environment.

Intro to Sports is offered seasonally, so there’s always a new session to jump into. Our winter session is currently underway, and the next session kicks off in April - because April showers bring… kids with unlimited energy. 🌧️

Spring Intro to Sports
8 Weeks
April 1st - May 20th

Week 1 - Week 2

Soccer

  • We start with fast-paced soccer basics like dribbling, passing, and scoring on kid-friendly goals. The focus is on staying active, building footwork, and letting them chase the ball like their life depends on it.

Week 3 - Week 4

T-Ball

  • Up next, we move into T-Ball fundamentals like hitting off the tee, running bases, and learning simple fielding skills. The focus is on hand-eye coordination, confidence, and letting kids feel like absolute MVPs every time they make contact.

Week 5 - Week 6

Volleyball

  • We kick things off with super fun, beginner-friendly volleyball basics like bumping, tossing, and tracking the ball. Kids get to work on coordination and teamwork while playing silly, high-energy games that make the sport feel exciting instead of intimidating.

Week 7 - Week 8

Kickball

  • We wrap things up with classic kickball - kicking, base running, and easy team play with simple rules and lots of encouragement. This final game is all about nonstop movement, big kicks, and burning that last bit of energy before pickup. Chaos (the fun kind) included.
