Each party is packed with high-energy games and age-appropriate fun led by our team, keeping everyone moving, laughing, and having a blast. From the first whistle to the final cheer, we'll make sure your celebration runs smoother than a fast break.

Birthday Party FAQs

Is outside food allowed?

We only allow outside cake and cupcakes. We do not allow outside entrees or snacks. We do offer pizza, chicken tenders, and fountain drinks at an additional cost per person.

What color party themes do you offer?

All packages will include balloons, tablecloths, paperware, and plastic cutlery in blue, green, and white themed parties. To bring in your own decorations, please contact the Youth Program Manager.

What will the party coach do? What will the party host do?
-
The party coach will keep your guests active and having fun playing a variety of sports and backyard games suited to fit the age group of your participants.

The party host will help facilitate the flow of your party from arrival to departure, ensuring your guests have a great time as well as set up and clean up.

How many kids can I bring?

The number of kids will vary per package, please check the package inclusions to verify the number of kids included with your desired package. Additional children will incur an additional cost. (See Party Ad-ons above)

Is my child included in the final child headcount?

Yes, the birthday child is included in the final headcount.

Can I remove a party host or coach?

All party packages require out birthday party coach and birthday party host to ensure you have the best birthday experience!

Do I have to bring my own sports equipment?

We will provide all necessary sports equipment! If you don’t see your desired sport on the party form, contact the Youth Program & Community Engagement Manager, Tamara Wheaton at twheaton@seiowasports.com to check availability.

Does my party have use of the entire turf/court?
-
No, parties have a specially reserved portioned off section of the court/turf just for them! This offers privacy exclusive to the party hosts and their invited guests.

Do participants have to sign a liability waiver?

Yes, all participants must sign our Waiver!
