REFUND POLICY
At Southeast Iowa JBS Sports Center, we understand that plans can change. Please review the guidelines below for cancellations, refunds, and account credits.
PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
Two or More Weeks Before the Start Date
Customers may receive a full refund or leave the amount as an account credit for future use.
Less Than Two Weeks Before the Start Date
Refunds will not be provided. The amount will be converted to an account credit for later use.
After the Program Starts
If a customer cancels after the program has started, they will receive a prorated account credit based on the number of sessions not attended. Refunds will not be provided after the program begins.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
If an event, program, class, or training session is canceled by Southeast Iowa JBS Sports Center due to weather, every effort will be made to provide a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible, an account credit will be provided. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE SPORTS CENTER — NON-WEATHER RELATED
If an event, program, class, or training session is canceled by Southeast Iowa JBS Sports Center for reasons other than weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible, an account credit or refund will be provided, with the decision made on a case-by-case basis.
FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, government mandates, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will do our best to provide a makeup session. If a makeup session is not feasible, either an account credit or refund will be issued, with the final decision based on the nature of the event and impact on participants.
MEMBERSHIPS & SPECIAL NOTES
- Any changes to a membership must be completed within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be provided after this timeframe.
- Some programs may have different cancellation policies. Please see the individual program description for details.
- Account credit remains available for customer use for up to 18 months.
Account credits remain available for up to 18 months from the date they are issued.
