Power Hour is a high-energy training session focused on helping young athletes move better, get stronger, and feel more confident - no matter the sport!
Designed for Ages 6-12
Power Hour is open to ALL sports and experience levels! This program is designed for ages 6-12! Have a child not in that age range? Reach out, we may just have a place for you!
No prior training experience needed. If your child is ready to work hard, learn, and have fun - we’ve got a spot for them.
